Process development, custom synthesis and contract manufacture are
undertaken for clients in complete confidentiality by our in-house kilolab,
pilot scale and multi-purpose production facilities located in the UK and
the USA. Products can be supplied in gram to ton quantities and can be
manufactured to ISO 9001:9002 and cGMP quality standards.
Kilolab development and small-scale manufacturing utilize
reactors with capacities from 10 L to 250 L. Multi-purpose
production facilities contain both glass-lined and stainless
steel vessels with capacities from 200 L to 5,000 L.
Experienced process development chemists with over 120,000
proprietary synthesis procedures at their disposal oversee projects
and communicate directly with customers.
Teams of dedicated analytical chemists working in well equipped
laboratories provide expert support to both process development and
manufacturing activities.
