Committed to quality
We rigorously apply standardized methods, significant training and experience,
and extensive certifications to our procedures. We only supply materials that
meet either catalog specifications or agreed customer requirements.
We dispatch material to agreed deliverables, on schedule. We train
employees to be responsive to customer needs and
expectations.

Analytical facilities
Our QC department analyzes raw materials, intermediates and
final products to agreed standards.

All test results are recorded in a LIMS system. Once the products
passed QC they can be used and data are automatically transferred
to product labels and certificates of analysis.

The QC department is organized in 4 resources:
Chromatography (HPLC-GC), Spectroscopy (UV:Vis, FTIR, fluorescence spectrophotometry, NMR, KF, residue analysis, density and viscosity determantions), Wet Chemistry (with autotitrators) and Trace Metals Analysis (ICP-OES for simultaneous analysis of multi elements, AA spectrometer to difficult to detect elements)

More sophisticated techniques are available trough outside contractors or collaborations with nearby universities.

QA policies
Our production facilities have gained and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 accreditations and are committed to minimize their effect on the environment by obtaining ISO 14001 registration.

The implementation of lean manufacturing and EFQM stimulate us to continually improve our effectiveness to respond to the growing needs and expectations of our customers.
